APV Housing is the preferred partner of HZ University to provide its students with good, safe accommodation for an excellent student experience in the Vlissingen – Middelburg region.
APV Housing accommodates over 500 students in this urban area across 2 campuses and various student houses. All of these are equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, are furnished and carpeted, and you can move in right away.

Our locations also host international students from HZ University, creating a beautiful mix of cultures and backgrounds, offering you a rich life experience. In addition to Dutch, English is the main language spoken at our locations.

Throughout your entire student life, we are here for you 365 days a year to make your stay as optimal as possible. We believe that good and pleasant communication between you as a tenant and us as a landlord is important.
